Welcome to Wessex Housing Group

Wessex Housing Partnership was established in 2006 and comprises Wessex Housing Partnership Ltd, the parent, and Kingfisher Housing Association and HVHS Housing Group, the two main subsidiaries. Wessex provides over 7,000 homes throughout Hampshire, Wiltshire and Berkshire and works within eight local authorities.

Halcyon Property Services, Kingfisher Building Services (KBS), Kingfisher Homes (Wessex) Ltd and Pennyfarthing Building Services Ltd are all subsidiaries of Kingfisher. Bere Forest HA Ltd is a subsidiary of HVHS Housing Group.
